Paul area, which makes it ideal for a family road trip…that is, one that’s not super far away, but is far enough away that you feel like you’re in a different world.Īnd there is so much for families, but I’m listing my top 12 here! It actually reminds me of my hometown of Duluth, Minnesota, which combined with its neighbor, Superior, Wisconsin, is about that size. It’s big enough to offer lots of things to do and see, but small enough that you can easily find your way around. If you haven’t traveled there, I highly recommend it! I likely won't return when in the area, but perhaps this was just a cup made incorrectly, and would taste different on another day.I just got back from an amazing trip to Bismarck, North Dakota. I am not a coffee snob, but I do enjoy great coffee, and this did not live up to the reviews. I didn't actually try it until I arrived closer to my meeting, but the drink was made extremely sweet and the milk tasted "off", so after a few drinks, I ended up actually pouring it out and having the coffee at the meeting location. There are lots of coffee beans/variety to choose from (to take home), and lots of flavor combinations to create the perfect drink! I ordered a latte, skim milk, a "smidge" of vanilla. Service was extremely friendly and welcoming, very nice! There is limited seating inside, but perfect if having a cup solo or with a friend. Parking was easy (nice surprise, since it's located downtown and not always the case). I love trying new coffee shops that are local that I haven't been to!
